Living and working in a community is both a responsibility and an opportunity.  A community becomes your place in this world and allows you to establish roots in the community that will enrich your life and the lives of your family members by giving them a sense of belonging.  This is exactly why Premier Appraisal Services of Tallahassee takes pride in our community and why have chosen to partner by affiliation and membership with other organizations that support our development and our community.

The mission and purpose of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors is to preserve and extend the right to own, use and transfer real property and to serve its members by providing and promoting programs and services which will enhance members’ skills and ability to operate their business profitably and ethically.  Our membership with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors is not only imperative to ensure we are providing the best possible services we can to our clients but also a great platform for networking and communication with our industry colleagues.

The Mortgage Bankers Association of Tallahassee is a not for profit association working to promote and improve the mortgage banking system and to encourage the use of its principles and methods of originating, marketing and servicing of real estate mortgage loans and:

• to encourage its members to adhere to sound business practices and methods in originating, marketing and servicing of real estate mortgage loans.
• to educate and inform its members as to revisions in federal and state laws which affect the mortgage banking industry, and to monitor pending legislation affecting the real estate or mortgage banking industry relating to origination, marketing and servicing of real estate mortgage loans:  and to lobby for positive results.
• to identify educational needs of its members and to promote and support programs to meet those needs.
• to cooperate with public and private agencies in the establishment and formulation of ethical and sound business practices and methods in the originating, marketing and servicing of real estate loans.

Our affiliate membership with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Tallahassee has provided us with the opportunity to go above and beyond our call of duty as your local real estate appraiser and get the inside scoop and connections regarding residential lending.

The Family Law Section of The Florida Bar provides section members and the public with information on attorneys practicing in the areas of divorce, child custody, adoption, modification of judgments and enforcement of alimony and child support.  Our affiliate membership with this section of The Florida Bar ensures superior discretion when dealing with the sensitive nature of needs often arising from the Family Law Section.
